    This fantastic, spacious multi-level animal Cage is definitely the most comfortable roost for your little one. Our cage is made of high quality metal with vein powder coating so it is tough and durable. The dimension of this cage is 95 cm x 59 cm x 140 cm, which provides sufficient space and multi-area for your pets. This brand new multi-level ferret cage is in black vein, and 3 removable platforms, 3 removable ladders, and a funky hammock for rest and relaxation. The locks at the bottom of the cage secure animal from being escaped. In this package, it includes 4 smooth castor wheels which provide great mobility.

    Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
    The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same or exceeding cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. 

    Your delivery fee will vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your chosen delivery location. Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed when you checkout before you purchase your products.

    Please note: Unless notified all Couriers Please consignments will default to ATL in a safe place on your premises. If you do not want your items left, please advise couriers upon shipment notification. If you wish to arrange for an ATL with any of our other courier partners, you will have to speak with them directly prior to delivery.

    For all other couriers, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left, and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange re-delivery at their expense.

    ATTENTION:

    If the customer changes their mind and want to cancel the order, please contact us within a few hours after placing the order. Once the package is dispatched, we won't be able to intercept packages in transit. 

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a return. Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 10% of the product price.

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging.
    • Product has not been assembled.
    • All freight costs are not refundable.

    *Store credit will be in the form of a voucher.

    Returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility.
