EASY TO USE CONTROL PANEL
The PolyCool comes equipped with an intuitive digital control panel with LCD screen. It displays a countdown until the next batch of ice is ready to harvest and also indicates when the container is full. You can adjust the cycle time to control the ice cube thickness and set a timer for ice making to begin.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION
The Polycool is equipped with advanced sensor technology that ensures it continues production until the 13kg storage container is full – allowing you and your staff to focus your attention on other tasks.

HIGH ICE YIELD
The PolyCool Ice Machine produces an impressive 45-65kg of clear cube shaped ice every 24 hours, with a minimum of 135 ice cubes every hour. The Ice Maker Machine connects directly to your water supply and has a long drainage hose. And, with its extra large 13kg ice storage capacity it’s suitable for coping with busy periods at commercial premises.
FREESTANDING DESIGN
With a nett mass of only 27kg and with a 430 grade stainless steel fascia, the PolyCool means business. The stainless steel is durable and easy to clean, and the rounded corners are an important safety design feature for a busy catering environment. At a height of 80cm, it is designed to fit neatly under or next to tables or counters. We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item in cases where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind refund. Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 10% of the product price
Your delivery fee will vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your chosen delivery location. Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed when you checkout before you purchase your products.
Please note: Unless notified all Couriers Please consignments will default to ATL in a safe place on your premises. If you do not want your items left, please advise couriers upon shipment notification. If you wish to arrange for an ATL with any of our other courier partners, you will have to speak with them directly prior to delivery.
For all other couriers, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left, and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange re-delivery at their expense.
ATTENTION:
If the customer changes their mind and want to cancel the order, please contact us within a few hours after placing the order. Once the package is dispatched, we won't be able to intercept packages in transit.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a return. Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 10% of the product price.
