Filter Bottle Specification:

Note:
- Too much iron rust, dust and mineral will shorten the useful time of the filter and slow down the purifying process.
- The product should be placed in the absence of direct sunlight.
- After two years of use, the quality of the outlet decreased obviously, please change the filter bottle.
- Please do not overfill the water when the level in the bottom bowl climbs to the warning line.
- Please empty the bottle when it has been not in use for a week.
- Please do not allow the children to touch the water purifier to avoid the hurt by the purifier falling from the water dispenser.
- Please wash the filter and bottle after using it for every 200-300 litre of water.
- When the bottom bowl's water level is high and the top bowl’s level is low, the filtration process will slow down or stop. This is a quite common and normal condition so no need to worry.
- The float valve should be washed every month to avoid blockage.

We cannot deliver to regional and remote locations due to parcel weight and courier restrictions. You're welcome to schedule a pickup from our warehouse or provide an alternative address within a metro area.

Your delivery fee will vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your chosen delivery location. Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed when you checkout before you purchase your products.
Please note: Unless notified all Couriers Please consignments will default to ATL in a safe place on your premises. If you do not want your items left, please advise couriers upon shipment notification. If you wish to arrange for an ATL with any of our other courier partners, you will have to speak with them directly prior to delivery.
For all other couriers, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left, and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange re-delivery at their expense.
ATTENTION:
If the customer changes their mind and want to cancel the order, please contact us within a few hours after placing the order. Once the package is dispatched, we won't be able to intercept packages in transit.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a return. Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 10% of the product price.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging.
- Product has not been assembled.
- All freight costs are not refundable.
